Mr H. H. Armstrong, of Whakatane, is on a business trip Isb Auckland. He will return on Saturday.
Mr C. R. Coates, who has been spending his holidays at Hamilton, will return to Whakatane tomorrow.
Mr I. B. Hubbard, headmaster of the Whakatane District High School, left for Auckland yesterday. He is expected to be away for a week.
Mr C. Kingsley-Smith, of Whakatane, is on a short- lousiness trip to Auckland. He is expected to return tomorrow.
Mr Fred Allen, of Palmerston North, organiser for Federated Farmers, Bay of Plenty Province, is again in this district.
Mr N. J. Hammond, of Tauranga, has left on transfer to Christchurch. He was the hon. secretary of the Bay of Plenty Yacht and Power Boat Association.
