Whakatane Bowling Teams To Play Taneatua
The following bowling teams are selected to play Taneatua at the Whakatane greens on Saturday next at 1.45 p.m.:— Shield Teams: Littlejohn (s), Berg, McKenzie, Morpeth; Loans (s), Anderson, Oswald, Cockerell; Good (s), Mclsaac, Drube, Sims; Luxton (s), McLeod, Pearson, J. Wilson. Feathers Team: Duley, Johnstone, Jarrett; Cook. Teams To Tour Five teams from the Whakatane Bowling Club will be travelling to New Plymouth on January 25 to compe'te in the New Plymouth Annual Fours Tournament which will extend over four days. , . Several Whakatane "bowlers will also be travelling to the Dominion Bowling Association Championships to be held at Dunedin about the middle of next month.
