Laying the Dust
Before the heavy rain of the last two nights, Borough workmen were busy with a water wagon laying the dust on the unsealed section of the Hillcrest road to Ohope, which it is intended to seal as far as the Borough boundary immediately. Similar work was in evidence in Quay street, indicating that completion of the year’s sealing programme is the aim before the end of the financial year.
