Nicols and Messrs Bowditch, Murphy and W. Carter; Christmas cakes (baking and carting), Strand Bakery and Mr McCallion; lettuces, Mrs R. S. Mundy; concert tickets, Mrs Whiteside; tray cloths, Mrs E. Walker; scrap books and face cloths, Manawahe Women’s Institute; man’s gift set, League of Mothers; cakes, Mr Bell.

Miss Miller added that she would welcome gifts of fresh flowers for Christmas decorations.
