Te Teko Red Cross Society
There was a full attendance of members for the November meeting of the Te Teko Red Cross Society held at Mrs L. B. .Smith’s residence, and the fancy stall at the coming Paddy’s Market should be well stocked as the result of the work done.
The secretary reported that the nett profits from the Point-to-Point catering were over £2O, and the committee expressed its appreciation of the Hunt Club’s action in offering the catering to the Red Cross.
It was decided to help the “G and O” appeal also the St. John Ambulance Association by donating to each one month’s profits from the pie stall run at the local stock sales.
