10,000 Farmers In Auckland Province Of Federation

The membership figures* of the Auckland Province of Federated Farmers now stand at ten thousand —still steadily rising. Some of the rapid increase has been attributable to the spreading implementation of the dairy block subscription. The latest to adopt the necessary resolution has been Maungaturoto Dairy Company. It is anticipated that several others will soon be adopting a similar procedure which can prove of benefit not only in effective harmony and understanding with the dairy industry but with the farming community as a whole.
