Rehab. Building Scheme

Reference to what is known as the Certified Building Scheme was recently made by the Minister of Rehabilitation, the Hon. C. F. Skinner, in the course of a statement on home building with Rehabilitation finance.

The scheme is one under which builders can erect homes which can be allocated on completion to exservicemen and paid for by Rehabilitation loan money.

Progress payments may be made as often as monthly during the •course of erection under this plan.
