RIFLE SHOOTING
RANGITAIKI DEFENCE CLUB The Rangitaiki Defence Rifle Club held its usual practice shoot last Saturday. The conditions were seven shots at 500 and 600 yards. The weather was fine. The light was considered very hard for the first men to fire at the 500 yards. S. Pearse was in form and made top score with 65. The next shoot will be held on Saturday, August 9. Scores were as follows;
