HOSPITAL KITCHEN

STATEMENT INDEFINITE MEMBER’S FIRM STAND « A recommendation that an inquiry into kitchea administration be deferred until other matters such as the appointment of a matron had been settled was strongly criticised by Mr McCready at Thursday’s board meeting. Mr McCready stated that the recommendation was indefinite and that something should be done immediately.

Mr J. Mullins said that Mr McCready had been one of the prime movers of the action but had not been present when the matter came up before the works committee. It had therefore been deferred until he was present. It was decided to leave the matter in question to the next meeting of the works committee.
