RANGITAIKI P.M.A.

ANNUAL MEETING SUCCESSFUL YEAR REPORTED The annual meeting of the Rangitaiki P.M.A. suppliers was held at Edgecumbe on July Ist. Mr E. C. Haultain was in the chair. In presenting his report the chairman remarked on the successful year. During the year the agent, Mr Butler, had resigned. Mr Haultain expressed the regret with which the resignation had been received. To fill the vacancy Mr Judd had been appointed agent.

Mr Judd in his report stated that satisfactory progress had been made. Several farmers who had sent cull stock had expressed their satisfaction at the returns. He commented on the extreme shortage of trucks which tended to create some difficulty. Mr E. C. Haultain was re-elected chairman and Mr C. A. Haultain was elected secretary. The chairman and Mr Neilsgn were appointed as, delegates to attend the annual conference in Auckland at the end of the month. Several remits to be put forward at the conference were discussed.
