JUDGMENT OBTAINED
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT FOUR COURT CASES Judgment for claimants was obtained in each of the following cases in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday: A. H. Lynds v Johnny Keepa (£l2 17s 2d). J. Goodhew Ltd. v Turei Karaka (£5 5s 8d). A. H. Lynds v Dick; Nathan (£2O 11s 7d). A. H. Lynds v D. Wilson (£l2 13s 2d). In the case of the Eastern-Dis-tributing Co. Ltd. v Edward John Sims judgment could not be served as Sims had left the district. The amount claimed was £55 5s 6d.
