Years Behind
“We are four years behind with our new connections,” said the manager, Mr R. Sprague, at a meeting of the Thames Valley Electric Power Board in reply to a question by Mr W. C. Kennedy. The money, materials and labour were all available to make new connections to the Board’s mains, said Mr Sprague, but under the regulations governing new connections at the present time they could not obtain the supply they desired.
