LEAGUE OF MOTHERS

FAREWELL AFTERNOON MRS W.. E. BRIDGER The committee of the League of Mothers recently entertained Mrs W. E. Bridger at a farewell afternoon tea at the home of the president. In presenting the guest of honour with a shoulder spray Mrs Metcalfe paid a tribute to the long association with and serve to the League given by Mrs Bridger. She expressed the good wishes of the committee and the hope that the guest would link herself with the branch in Rotorua which is to be her new home. Mesdames W. Sullivan and W. B. Gow, as past presidents of the League and co-workers with Mrs Bridger, offered their good wishes to the guest. Mrs Bridger suitably replied.
