ROD AND GUN CLUB
ANNUAL SMOKO VERY SUCCESSFUL FUNCTION There was an attendance of over 150 members, wives and friends at the Annual Smoko of the Whakatane Rod and Gun Club held in the Winter Show Buildings recently. The president, Mr J. D. Rivett, presided.
This year the function took the form of a Ladies’ Evening and was declared by all present as the most successful event of the kind yet staged in Whakatane. Representatives of Sister Clubs and.
