Lambert, Park, Riddell, Swan, Hastie, Caverhill, Goldsmith, Henry, Vale, Ross, Nealson, Benner Bros., Cato, Madigan, Docherty, Mackey, Benseman, Black, ilsom, Downie, Roberts, Watt, Johnson, Eivers, Kennon, Kane, Thompson, Rimmer, M. Drabble, Gibbons, Tunnicliffe, Fulton, Lichenstein, R. Drabble, Pugh, Wright, Fprralley, Michelson, Morice, Emery, W. Thompson, Atkinson, Theobald, Matchett, Reid, MacDougall, Dohnt, Nettingham, Brightwell, McCarthy, Parkinson, Matthews and Pountney, Crown lands in Edgecumbe, Tarawera and Valley Road areas, Native lands in Edgecumbe, Tarawera, and Murupara areas, State Forest, Valley Road and Galatea S.D.
We have poisoned 11,700 acres, and fumigated 8,800 acres, using 886 lbs Phosphorised Pollard, and 79 lbs Cyanogas. As the weather has been good, we have been able to push on with the poisoning operations, and have obtained good results in most places. The upper end of the Valley Road to our boundary at the Soda Springs has now all been worked, and few rabbits are left on any of this country. We did not find it necessary to poison any of Mrs Gibson’s property. We worked this place with dogs and pump, and were only able to put up six rabbits on the whole property. Since your last meeting, I have inspected all country along the Tau-ranga-Rotorua Highway, and found this area in vdry good order.
