HOSPITAL COMPLAINTS

PERIODICALLY, an outburst at the Hospital Board meetings occurs with regard to the fowarding of complaints. To overcome this the Board has set up its own officially recognised machinery for handling such complaints. All who have matters to bring forward in this connection, patients, staff members or public, should co-operate by utilising the correct channel—the Board’s Complaints Committee. In this way they are assured of a fair and impartial hearing.
