Firstly, every athlete who competes in Amateur Athletics must be registered -vyith the. N.Z.A.A. and C.A. and the registration number supplied must be worn on all-occasions.' Secondly, no registered member shall'compete',hv any uniform but the registered one of his club, so all the members who have not the official singlet, are asked to make every endeavour ' this season to procure one. Finally as a warning to all, no registered athlete can take part in an unregistered meeting, even though it be only for trophies, nor can an amateur accept any money as a prize as these points make one liable to suspension from Amateur Status and so all you members and intending members are asked to take particular note of these points. This year the , South Auckland Championships are being held in two divisions,- the first day being February Ist and the second day being February 15th. One of these meetings is at Paeroa and the other at Matamata, hut which is when, suspension from Amateur Status. Therefore members and intendno official notification has been received.
