New Stock Inspectorate
Mr C. G. Burgess has been appointed to take over the new stock inspectorate which has been for-med in the Whakatane County. In the past, this area has been under the Opotiki Stock District of the Department of Agriculture. The office for the Whakatane Inspectorate, which has as its limits the normal County boundaries, is that which until recently was utilised by the Priipary Production Council, in the Commercial Chambers.
