WHAKATANE MEN’S' CLUB
In spite of a strong westerly wind some good scores were returned in the Stableford Bogey played last Saturday, the winner being P. Campbell, 35 points. His nett round of 68 earned him a reduction in his handicap from 20 to 19. Other scores were W. S. Henderson 33, E. T. Dawson 33.
Next competition will be a four-ball best-ball Bogey, players choosing their own partners and opponents. The Ringer competition will close on Sunday afternoon.
