Vandals at Work
Signs of an outbreak of of vandalism are borne by the window of a local shop, which has been heavily scored with a diamond. Such a practice, wnich in the past has caused the utmost concern -to many shopkeepers must be deprecated strongly for in these times particularly, unnecessary waste of any .materials must be regarded seriously. It can only be hoped that no further instances occur. A Quiet Weekend The police report that there were no disturbances: over the weekend, the town once again being quiet.
