Worthwhile Mascot
A mascot who has undoubtedly earned his right to fill that position is the little Maori youngster who each Saturday leads the Paroa team on to the field and kicks off. There is a confidence and masterful air about him which makes him a popular figure with the crowd, and it is a singular factor that not one match in which he has led the side on, this season, has Paroa lost.
