TE TEKO LADIES’ CLUB The October Medal will be played this week. Following is the draw:— Mrs Goodwin and Mrs A. P. Smith; Mrs Thomas and Mrs Balfour; Mrs Hutton and Mrs Moulden; Miss Murray and Mrs Burr; Mrs Caldwell and Mrs Linsell; Mrs Mcßride and Miss Linsell; Miss Knight and Mrs Cannell.

The Medal round for the President’s and Captain’s trophies, played last week resulted as follows: B Grade: Mrs Thomas, 3 points; Mrs Moulden 2 points. C Grade: Miss Murray 3 points; .Mrs Mcßride 2 points; Mrs Burr 1 point.

WHAKATANE MEN’S CLUB There is an inter-club match against Te Puke at Te Puke on Sunday, October 6th and any member who has not been approached and who would like to play is asked to get in touch with J. Denham.

The results of last Saturday’s play and the competition for next Saturday will appear in Friday’s paper.
