“Sport and Entertainment”
Intended to "serve as a guide to entertainment, and also to present sidelights and highlights of the local sporting world, a new monthly publication entitled “Spotlight” is to be printed in Whakatane and circulated throughout the district. The new venture, we understand, will take the form of a 16-page booklet, and will be issued gratis. Aptly termed “Yuor guide to Sport and Entertainment in the Whakatane District,” “Spotlight” will make its appearance within the next few days.
