ESCAPED PRISONER

OPOTIKI GAOL BREAK A prisoner being held in the Opotiki gaol escaped on Monday night by climbing through a skylight. The man, George Atatahi Duncan, is a Maori aged 25 years, and was committed for sentence at the Opotiki Court on charges of false pretences and forgery.
