Ohope Spotlight
Saturday night at the Cabaret brought forth a happy gathering of followers of the modern style dancing. Included in Freddie Burt’s programme were several rhumbas which proved popular. To be seen tripping a light fantastic were Mr and Mrs Whittaker, Mr and Mrs Rayter (Helensville), Misses Venables, Audrey Butler, Kui Blomfield; Pam Burstall, Ailsa Oden (Tauranga), Jeannine Lodge, Dawn Cato, Nancy Goldsmith, Joyce Small, Gwen Zinsli and Dinks Roulston.
