EXPORT RECORD

NUFFIELD ORGANISATION “An all-time vehicle export record for the Nuffield Organisation was established in June when the total value to England of the cars and commercial vehicles shipped by Nuffield Exports Ltd. alone reached more than £500,000. Allowing for the Whitsun holiday this means an export output of £30,000 per working day. In announcing these figures at a London Rotory Club luncheon on Wednesday, July 17, Sir Miles Thomas, Vice-Chairman of the Nuffield Organisation revealed that this output exceeded that of any other all-British motor manufacturing concern.
