TE TEKO CLUB DRAW FOR MEN’S PLAY A qualifying round for the Senior and Junior Championship will be played oh Sunday 11th. The following is the draw:— R. Dawson v Burr; Haultain v Housham; Glen v Knight; Caldwell v Moulden; Mcßride v Goodwin; T. Lyons v Cradock; K. Lyons v Watson: D. Dawson v Gardiner; Balfour v A. P. Smith; L. B. Smith v Armstrong; Saunders v Macken; Thomas v Johnston; Latimer v O.rr Players arrange their own starting time.
A very enjoyable game against a team of 20 Whakatane players was played on the local links on Sunday, which resulted in a win for Whakatane. A vote of thanks is extended to the ladies who provided afternoon tea.
