CARD EVENING
WHAKATANE PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION Another successful card evening in the series at present being held by the Whakatane Parent-Teacher Association was conducted last Wednesday evening. The support shown was once again encouraging, and all who attended spent an enjoyable evening. The prize winners were Mrs Baer and Mr J. Reynolds. By special request, Auction Bridge is to be included in future as well as Five Hundred, and next Wednesday evening, tables will be set aside for this purpose.
