STATEMENT FOR MAY ''[ Estates to the value of £689;276 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of May 1946. The otal value of estates and funds under administration by the Public Trustee on the 31st March 1946, was £67,589,875, and the new business for the two months ended 31st May was £1,281,644. Grants of administration made by the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 237 for the month. During the month 629 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf'of testators and lodged for safe custody; and 588 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by ! testators. The total nun)ber ot wills inow held in the Public Trust Office on behalf of living persons is 133,265;
