be worth approximately double that of the first prize. I have never known such an occurrence to take place before. It would appear Sir, that some one is not playing the game, or on the other hand Sir, were these prizes donated for the select few. It is not the first time I have known competitions such as these to cease entirely, when the select are beaten by the offsider.
