SATURDAY’S PROSPECTS The Franklin Racing Club’s Winter Meeting will be staged at Pukekohe on Saturday, when the racing should result in keen contests. The following may be in favour for their respective engagements:— Pukekohe Handicap: Rampede, Marinoto, Golden One. Hack and Hunter’s Steeples: Betterman, Toronto, Etaro. Otaua Handicap (in divisions): Our Bridge, Nanakea; Crystal Ring, Iwo Jima. President’s Handicap: Honor a, Verdant, La Fillette. Onewhero Hurdles: The Dozer, Hunto, Whirlwind Star. Harrisville Hack: Bedivere, Valley Trail, Coogee. Paerata Handicap: Killeymoon, Park Royal, Prince Revel. Juliilee Hack: Jovial Lad, Bambion, El Duda.
