Morpeth beat Carter; Spence beat Syme; Hyland beat Henderson by default; Steel beat Powdrell; R. Morpeth beat Milne by default; Pattison beat Burstall; A. P. Smith beat Roach; Burke beat Tippett; L. Luxton beat Combes; Suckling beat Wright; D. Luxton beat Ducker by default; Dawson beat Bridger; A. Anderson beat Littlejohn by default; Akel beat Denham by default; West beat Spring by default; Alexander beat Berg; Cockerell beat L. B. Smith by default; Campbell beat Moore by default; Bushett and R. J. Smith all square; Corbett beat Sloane; King beat Stone; Winstone beat D. Hay by default;'M. Stubbs beat R. Butler; D. Wilson beat H. Anderson; E. B. Hay beat Le Lievre. Under ideal weather conditions a mixed tournament was held at the links last Sunday. In the morning a Stableford Bogey was played, the winners being:— Senior Ladies: Mrs Symmans 33 points and Junior Ladies Mrs Connell 27 points.
Senior Men: D. Luxton 34 points won on the count back from A. G. Cradwiek. Junior Men; B. Alexander 31 points. The mixed foursome in the afternoon was won by D. Luxton and Miss Robins v;'ith a net 68.
