FARMING PROBLEM
JOINING THE UNION
' At last Executive meeting of the N.Z. Farmers’ Union (Auckland Province) the problem arising in some areas where Federation branches had been formed and which included some farmers who wished to belong to the Union, was referred to Mr J. H. Furniss (Ruawaro) said the position was quite clear. Wherever there was a body of farmers who desired recognition by the Union they would get it. The Chairman, Captain H. H. Rushworth, endorsed this statement.
