DR. RICHARDS SPEAKS OUT

An Auckland doctor, John F. Gwyther Richards, D. 5.0., M. 8.8.5., M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P., writing after many years of military and civilian experience, states: “Degradation, disease and death permeate the story of alcohol as it is distributed even in the city (Auckland), and these effects are not accidental or surprising; they are the predictable results of the known and scientifically determined pharmacological properties of alcohol.” Inserted by Bay of Plenty S.D.A. Temperance Society.
