POST OFFICE HOLIDAYS

EASTER AND ANZAC DAY On Good Friday, 19th, Easter Monday 22nd, and Anzac Day, 25th, the Post Office will observe a close holiday in all branches with the undermentioned exceptions:—

Telephone Exchange: Hours of attendance;, continuous. Postal Branch: On Easter Monday, 22nd inst., outward mails for principal offices will close at 7 a.m. Street receivers will be cleared at 6 a.m.

Saturday, 20th April, 1946. The usual hours of attendance will be observed with the exception that the postmens’ delivery will be suspended.

The Rural Delivery will run as usual.
