Rangitaiki March Rainfall

The rainfall for March as measured by. Mr Andrew McLean on the Rangitaiki Plains was 6.45 inches. Rain fell on 17 days, the heaviest being 2.78 inches on the 11th. The total for the year to date is 7.48 inches as against 17.61 inches for a similar period in 1945. In March of last year 6.72 inches of rain were recorded.
