WAIMANA COMMITTEE MEETS

At the annual Waimana Patriotic Committee which was held in the Waimana Hall last Wednesday evening Mr Robert F. Wardlaw who has been chairman since 9 its conception was congratulated on the way he had carried out his duties and was re-elected.

Mr Wardlaw presented his report for the past year, he thanked and congratulated the secretary, Mrs Wylde for the great amount of work she had carried out. The Gymkhana Committee was also elected and it was decided to hold the event on Easter Saturday.
