Welcome home dance ETOINNU

BRIGHT TANEATUA GATHERING A very successful dance was held In the Taneatua Hall last week to welcome boys of the district who had lately returned. Unfortunately all those invited were not able to attend and apologies were received from them. Those present were Sgt. Alan Sisam Cpl. Fred Raw son, M.M. and Pte. Gordon Cawte. After supper had been served by the Welcome Home Committee, Mr G. Yeoman extended a verj’ warm welcome to them on behalf of the residents and Sgt. Sisam replied on behalf of his comrades and himself. Excellent music was supplied by the Premier Orchestra with an extra by Mr A. Wardlaw.
