Invidious Position

In accepting the position as Borough nominee on the Whakatane Harbour Board at the Borough Council meeting last Monday evening, Cr Warren said he found himself in a rather invidious position for he was soon to attend a conference between the Borough Harbour Board and the Chamber of Commerce.
