STRAY DOGS
NUISANCE ON STRAND
PROSECUTIONS TO FOLLOW,
In the course of the Borough Inspector's report to the Borough Council last week he mentioned that during the past month he had destroyed three stray dogs } found on the streets.
So many complaints had been re-* ceived regarding dogs which were continually allowed to roam on the Strand in contravention of the Borough By-laws that it would be necessary to institute prosecutions in the near future to impress -upon owners the need to keep them at home.
