was discussed and the Chairman (Captain H. M. Rushworth) said it was quite possible that the Union might in the future he again compelled to issue i't-s own newspaper. Mr S. E. Bell said be w'as sceptic cal of the value of film propaganda based on some educational films that had been sent round his area and had only attracted poor attendances. Mr S. S. Green expressed the view that personal contact between Executive and branch members was the most effective policy. The secretary was instructed to forward a suitable reply.
