GATHERING AT WHAKATANE

PAST GRAND INSTALLATION

The Manchester Unity Independents Order of Odd Fellows, Past Grands (Whakatane) held its installation, of officers recently in the Masonic? Hall, Whakatane. Past Grand Breather W, W. John presided, anti visitors from Loyal Rotorua and Opotiki Lodges were welcomed the Honours of the Order accorded.„

The following officers were installed: P.G. Bro. F. Storer President; P.G. Bro. R. Bqrgess Vice* President: P. (>. ißro. J. Rowland,.< Elective Secretary; P,G. Bro. W W. John, Immediate Past Presidents Group Officer P.G. Bro. N. M.i Quayle was installing officer.

Following the installation a very enjoyable supper was enjoyed by all present. The toastmaster was P.G.i Bm. F. Storer. The following toasts--were honoured “The King” P.G.
