CHILDREN'S PARTY

GUESTS OF THE W.I. A most enjoyable party was held in the Waimana Hall last Friday afternoon for all the children in Waimana and Nukuliou North. The school children of both schools sang Christmas Carols very nicely. A well acted and much enjoyed little sketch entitled "Red Riding Hood" was given by several children of the Waimana and several recitations. were greatly enjoyed. The novelty games proved very popular an,d a very good exhibition of Folk Dancing was given. During thie afternoon all enjoyed afternoon tea soft drinks and ice cream. At the conclusion the party, Mr Heather thanked the members of the Institute for the lovely party and called for three hearty cheers from the. children.
