Boys' Band Function

The Wliakatane Citizxns Band finished up the year's practices with a'.small but happy function at Mr and Mrs \V. .larrctt's residence Goulstone Road last evening. The hostess had provided a delicious supper and after this had been partaken of 5 'Band Sergeant 'Sonny' on behalf ol' the boys, thanked Mr 'and Mrs Jarrett for the interest taken in their welfare and presented them with a Christmas token. All joined in wishing the host and hostess tbe compliments of the. and the evening concluded with musical honours.
