POSAAL HOLIDAYS
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS On Tuesday the 25th December and Ist January (Christmas and New Year's Day) and Wednesday the 26th December (Boxing Day) and 2nd January the following attendances will be observed:— Postal Branch. 25th December (Christmas Day), Ist January (Ne.w Year's Day) will observe a close holiday. Wednesday, 26tli December (Boxing Day), Wednesday, 2nd January. An outward mail closing at 7 a.m. will be despatched principal offices.. Street receivers will be cleared at fj p.m. The Telegraph Office will obesrve a close holiday for the four days mentioned -while Postal and Rural Deliveries will also be. suspended. The. Telephone Exchange will give a continuous attendance.
