AXEMEN MEET
FORMATION OF CLUB [ _____ A number of axemen met in the Hall on Monday evening, to discuss the proposed move, to form a local (Axemen's Club. The matter was debated at some length, and it was finally resolved that a club be formed and that it be known as the Rangitaiki Axemen's Club. The following officers were elected:—Patron: Mr W. J. Costello; president: J. Cameron; secretary: J. Newdick; vice-presidents: Messrs; W. C. E. G. iLodge, S. Bur#tall, J. Huisli } N. Wetherill J. S. Wells.
