NEW THROUGH SERVICE
EARLY MORNING SERVICE CAR FRANKTON ROTORUA WHAKATANE Word has been received by the Whakatane Chamber of Commerce that in answer to popular demand Lhe N.Z. Road Services has instituted a daily service from Frankton Junction to Rotorua. The new service which commenced on Sunday, November 25 will be for passengers and will include Sundays. It will run to the following table: Depart Frankton Junction 4.45 a.m.; Depart Hamilton 4.55 a.m.; Depart Cambridge 5.20 a.m.; Depart Tirau (i a.m.; Arrive Rotorua 7.10 a.m.
The service will connect with the early morning Wellington express which arrives at Frankton Junction 4.20 a.m. and will reach Rotorua in time to connect with the 8 a.m. service cars leaving Rotorua lor Opotiki and Whakatane. The service will be greatly appreciated by travellers from this town. I
