SCHEDULE . ALL THAT piece of land situated at Te Teko containing 1 acre and 4;. 8 perches more or less being Lot 2 on deposited plan Number 15785 (Town of Te Teko) Part Lot 7 on deposited plan Number 15204 and Part of the land on deposited plain Number 10230 and being portion of Allotment 124 of the Parish of Matata and being all the land comprise ed, in Certificate of Title Volume 711 Folio 384 (Auckland Registry).
