Sir ? —l suppose "Joe the Swiss" doesn't know a bridge unless its got rails on the sides. The County-Coun-cil or Lands Department made a concrete one two or three chains further up the road and I had nothing to do with putting it there. They know what they are doing. I am surporting "Serviceman." Your correspendent seems, to think hse knows more than the engineers of the both departments about draining but I don't think he does. Can he recollect when there was nothing but water from Joe the Swiss" place over six foot deep? How can. they say the draining has caused all this flooding. Yours etCv, G. KELLY.
