Sir —Not only Mr G . Kelly knows how things were years ago at Poroporo. ll' Mr Kelly wants to go back, say only 23 lie should remember that there was a bridge on the Whakatane West Road. Suppose we wese to ask the County Council and the Highways Board to put that bridge back again ? and let the water escape under it freely again as it did 23 years ago.
